Pet Policy

Union Square is a pet-friendly community and both dogs and cats are welcome. Up to 2 pets are permitted per apartment. No breed restrictions. Contact our office at (317) 593-5860 for further details.


Please note the following:

  • 2 pet maximum
  • One-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per apartment.
  • Monthly pet rent - $25.00 per pet
